On Tuesday night the Florida lottery numbers where 1-9-5-8, and on Wednesday night the lottery numbers came out to be 1-9-5-8 again. Shelly Safford, Lottery spokeswoman, said "It is a little bit unusual, but all of our drawings are independent of each other, It's completely random." Although this process is completely random their are still some lottery officials that find this suspicious. in Pennsylvania in the 1980s, the lottery officials and TV announcer were convinced that the drawing of lottery balls were rigged for the $3.5 million dollar daily number, The lucky numbers that day were 6-6-6

In my opinion i don't think that anyone rigged the drawings for those days. The chances of getting the same four numbers two days in a row is highly unlikely but it is still plausible. But for the drawing that was back in the 1980s, i believe that somehow they managed to rig the game to play 3 of the same number.
