A narrative is based on and relies on a personal experience. It is a story one tells that personaly happened to them, wich they find interesting enough to tell.
A Narrative:
*told from a particular point of view
*makes a point and backs it up
*filled with details and uses vivid verbs and word modifiers
*has conflict and may use dialogue
Narratives are ususally writen in first person using i, but they may be written in the 3rd(he, she, or it)
Narratives should contain a plot, setting and characters, a climax and ending.
